Contour Services is the construction management firm for Dream Finders Homes for their Looking Glass project located in Parker, Colorado. Looking Glass is a new interconnected neighborhood with an abundance of park space and trails.

Contour assisted with preconstruction services for Filings 9 through 22. Filings 9 through 14 civil improvements are contracted and much of this scope is under construction. Scope of work is inclusive of mass grading, a large pedestrian underpass with associated headwalls and wingwalls, channel improvements, utility and roadway improvements and landscaping. The first phase of channel improvements with Mile High Flood District guidelines has been contracted and construction is completed. Additionally, Filings 15 through19 earthwork and erosion control has started.
