Construction Management

Contour's experienced Civil and Landscape Project Managers and Project Coordinators work as the "owner's representative" to manage all aspects of on-site construction and contract administration from "project kick-off" to "closeout."

With a thorough knowledge of the project plans/documents, specifications, geotech reports, governing agency integrations and more, Contour’s team oversees: 


Contractor administration, award to close-out, including: 

  • Issuing contractor agreements (per client's required format and requirements)

  • Monitoring agreement compliance

  • Coordinating, validating and approving monthly contractor invoices


Contractor Oversight and Administration

  • Lead project kick-off and team weekly site coordination meetings

  • Permit compliance

  • Prepare weekly owner and contractor status reports:

    • Meeting minutes

    • Schedule updates

    • RFI & submittal status log

    • Change order tracking log

    • Project delay report

    • Utility track sheets highlighting completion dates

  • Oversight of contractor progress and assistance to resolving field issues as they evolve in a timely manner

  • Project closeout process to obtain governing agency initial acceptance
