The Meadows is a master planned community that features new home builders, retail, and mixed-use products in the heart of Castle Rock, CO. Over the past three years, Contour Services has assisted Castle Rock Development Company on many projects throughout the community.

 

Contour Services is the construction manager for a large drainage channel, Limelight Avenue and Meadows Filing 19 improvements. The drainage channel was completed in 2018 and included 21 concrete drop structures and bank stabilization improvements. Limelight Avenue roadway improvements were completed in 2019.  Filing 19 includes various projects which include the bidding and construction of a new roundabout on N. Meadows Drive, over 10,000 LF of watermain and grading improvements.

 

Contour Services also provides landscaping preconstruction and construction management services. We are working on many projects throughout The Meadows community including the new Town Center Plaza park project.
