Jordan

Project Manager
Jordan takes pride in ensuring that his projects run smoothly, on schedule, and on budget. As a key part of the team, it’s his responsibility to identify potential delays and unnecessary expenses in the process of delivering the finished product. Currently, Jordan is a project manager on the Aurora Highlands, a new 3,000-acre mixed-use development located seven miles south of the Denver International Airport.

Prior to Contour, Jordan ran his own residential construction company, and prior to that held several roles in heavy highway civil construction management. His work includes managing every aspect of the construction from demolition to the grand opening of the Gallows Road bridge and interchange for the I-495 Hot Lanes project in Virginia. Additional notable projects include managing aspects of the Intercounty Connector (ICC), Maryland’s first all-electronic toll road stretching 18.8-miles and six lanes. He was also part of the construction team dedicated to the abutments and MSE walls for the bridges and interchanges of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project, a 8+-year construction project totaling $2.42bn structure connecting Maryland to Virginia across the Potomac River. (Both ICC and Woodrow projects still rank in the top 10 of most expensive public works projects in the United States.)

Jordan is a licensed pilot, loves to play hockey and appreciates the great outdoors.

Fun Fact?

Jordan learned to sail in Annapolis, Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay. His bucket list includes captaining a sailboat around the Mediterranean with his wife and daughter.
