Contour Services is the construction management firm for the Uplands project located in Westminster, Colorado. When Uplands is complete, it will be a thriving community of 2,350 homes situated in pocket neighborhoods that are connected by wide sidewalks, multi-purpose paths, parks, and tree corridors.

Contour is assisting with bidding services for the master infrastructure and perimeter roadway improvements to support the overall neighborhood needs. The first several bid packages are complete and civil improvements are contracted and much of this scope is under construction. The majority of the scope of

work includes mass grading, master infrastructure utilities and roadways, perimeter arterial roadway and traffic signal upgrades, storm sewer outfall, and landscaping.

Contour is managing multiple trades and filings, inspections and entire construction life cycle.
