Contour Services is the district construction management firm for The Canyons project. The Canyons is an ongoing master planned mixed use community with 1,270 acres, located east of I-25 in the City of Castle Pines, between the Castle Pines Parkway and Happy Canyon Road interchanges. The community at full build out with be 2,000 single and multi-family homes by a variety of builders.

Contour has been assisting with budgeting and bidding services for the district infrastructure since 2015. Several district bid packages are complete and additional civil improvements are contracted and starting June of 2024. The majority of the scope of work includes grading, master infrastructure utilities and roadways, perimeter arterial roadway and traffic signal upgrades, storm sewer outfall, and landscaping.

Contour is managing multiple trades and filings, inspections and entire construction life cycle.
