Rodney
President & Co-Founder
Rodney is a PMP-trained professional who leads an experienced team of project managers in civil construction management for some of Colorado’s top developers. As president of Contour Services, he is responsible for growing, overseeing, and maintaining client projects and relationships, while his team is trusted to manage their day-to-day projects with his support and direction.
Prior to Contour, Rodney held civil project manager roles at well-established general contractors, including Haselden and Mortenson, and was a senior land development project manager for Centex Homes. During his time at Centex Homes, he managed multiple projects between Fort Collins to Castle Rock in various stages from conceptual budgeting to final acceptance.
Outside of work, Rodney enjoys spending time in the Colorado mountains hiking, paddle boarding, cross country skiing, mountain biking, golfing, and fishing with his wife Sara, and with Lucy, their Toy Australian Shepherd.
Fun Fact?
As a project manager, he also worked on the high-profile Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE, a transformative development project to create a world-class leisure, residential and business hub. While in Abu Dhabi, he conducted monthly helicopter flights to photograph project progress of the island and was personally involved in four mega-projects over the course of two-and-a-half years. His largest project was developing a residential neighborhood around Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, the region’s first ocean course.
