Construction Management

Contour’s experienced Civil Construction Project Managers works as the "owner's representative" to manage all aspects of on-site construction from “project kick-off" to "closeout.”

With a thorough knowledge of the project plans/documents, specifications, geotech reports, governing agency integrations and more, Contour’s team oversees: 

Contractor agreement administration, award to close-out. 

  • Issue contractor agreements (per client’s required format and requirements)

  • Monitor agreement compliance

  • Coordinate all change order management

  • Collect, validate and approve monthly contractor invoices

Lead Project kick-off and weekly progress meetings with contractors and agencies. Delivering weekly status report to client.

Oversee all construction activities and contractors with a focus on delivering the project on schedule and per budget.  No delay or cost surprises to our client is our goal.
