Steve Lewis
Project Coordinator
Steve is responsible for preparing contracts and change orders, processing contractor billings, tracking costs and budgeting for the company’s major projects. A self-professed “numbers nerd,” Steve knows his way around an excel spreadsheet and previously served in various project accounting roles at the global engineering firm, CH2MHill/Jacobs Engineering.
While at CH2MHill, Steve spent two-and-a-half years in Seoul, Korea, where he worked on a large Department of Defense (DoD) project to relocate major U.S. military installations further south of the city. The project proved to be an interesting challenge, combining five different companies into a joint venture and a consortium for two governments and three funding entities. After that, he spent a year in Tbilisi, Georgia working on another DoD contract to complete the construction of a world-class biosafety lab.
After 15 years in the corporate world, Steve says he enjoys handyman projects at home or helping out friends. He spends much of his free time working on his home or in his old horse barn which is being converted into a gym, music studio, woodshop, entertainment space and more.
Fun Fact? A trivia lover, Steve says he’s contemplated signing up to participate on "Jeopardy." Stay tuned!
